Dermal fillers in Fort Walton Beach, Pensacola & 30A

Prior to your appointment, to reduce bruising, avoid alcohol and blood thinners, such as ibuprofen and fish oil. We see you back in the office 10 days to 2 weeks after your procedure (no additional charge) for after pics and any touch ups, if needed!  Because there is a potential for swelling and bruising, plan at least 2 weeks ahead for big events.

*We encourage consultations, but they are not required. The consultation fee is $100, and is applied as a credit on your account towards any future procedure.

Lip Hydration

Lip Hydration gives subtle volume, but not as much as a syringe of filler.  Injections include a form of hylauronic acid, vitamins, exosomes and B12, giving the lips a pink glow and rejuvenation.  Clients can expect 6-12 months of hydration and glow.

Liquid Lyft

The Liquid Lyft is so much more than filler.  Not only does it restore volume, it hydrates the skin from within, while also stimulating cell reproduction! So it will continue to improve the skin over time, reducing wrinkles, and restoring a more youthful appearance.

Cheek filler

Our most popular filler is Radiesse (not Allē eligible) 1.5cc, $925/syringe, with 1-2 syringes needed. Radiesse has the added benefit of being a biostimulator, meaning it stimulates  collagen production and promotes skin rejuvenation. 


We also offer Restylane, RHA and Juvederm brands, 1cc, $750-850/syringe.

FILLER: We use Restylane, RHA and Juvederm brands of Hyaluronic Acid filler.

Minimizing Bruising

Bruising is totally normal with injectable treatments, but here are a few tips to keep it minimal so you can enjoy those results sooner:

✅ Avoid Blood Thinners

Skip aspirin, ibuprofen, and supplements like fish oil, vitamin E, and garlic 3-7 days before your appointment (unless prescribed).

💧 Stay Hydrated

Drink plenty of water to keep your skin healthy and your body prepped.

🧊 Apply Ice After Treatment

Gently ice the area to reduce swelling and minimize bruising.

🚫 No Alcohol 24 Hours Before

Alcohol can thin the blood, so hold off on that pre-appointment glass of wine.

🕰 Take It Easy After

Skip intense workouts for at least 24 hours. Increased blood flow can worsen bruising.

🌿 Consider Arnica

Arnica gel or tablets can help speed up bruise healing naturally.
